CIRRUS RECIPES

When making drinks, fill your shaker with ice. And we mean full . . . Most people make the mistake of adding too little ice - this doesn't get the Vodka and other ingredients cold enough - and the ice will melt too quickly, diluting the Vodka.

The “Cirrious” Martini

3 oz. Cirrus vodka
Dry vermouth

For a martini, cold is good. Ice cold is better. We keep a bottle of Cirrus in the freezer at all times.

Fill your martini glass with ice and add cold water. Let it sit.

Pour the vodka into your ice-filled shaker.

Want it "Dirty"? Then add a splash of olive juice.

Shake it up - you are trying to get that delicious Cirrus vodka as cold as possible - shake for at least 15 seconds.

Pour the ice and water out of your martini glass. Now it's time to add the vermouth - some people add vermouth to the vodka before shaking, but we just pour it right in the glass. For a "dry" Martini add just a few drops of vermouth, for a "wet" martini, add more.

Pour the Vodka into your martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, olive or cocktail onion. We like to garnish with a few blue cheese stuffed olives - but's that's just us. Enjoy!
