Bloody Mary Infused Vodka
1 lemon, sliced
Half of a cucumber, sliced
1 garlic clove, peeled
One tomato, quartered
2 celery stalks, cut into large pieces
Quarter of onion, sliced thick
750ml bottle of Cirrus Vodka
Combine all ingredients and store in large jar for three days in refrigerator.
Strain vodka through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour vodka back into original bottle or a container the vodka would easily pour out of.
Let flavors blend for 58 hours.
Strain back into Cirrus bottle, or into individual bottles for gifting.
Keep refrigerated. Should last as long as pickles would.
To make a hot Infusion, you can add Jalapeno peppers, but do so for only two hours as they will heat up the vodka very quickly. Taste with caution!
