3 oz. Cirrus vodka
Fill your martini glass with ice and add cold water (or put it in the freezer for
5 minutes). Let it sit.
Pour the vodka into your ice-filled shaker.
Stir, do not shake.
Pour the ice and water out of your martini glass. Add the vermouth. For a “dry” Martini add just a few drops of vermouth, for a “wet” martini, add more.
Strain the Vodka into your martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, olive or cocktail onion. We like to garnish with a few blue cheese stuffed olives – but’s that’s just us. Enjoy!
