Green Tea Gimlet
This every so slighlty sour drink is a three step process, so be sure to plan ahead.
Step 1: Make the Green Tea infused Cirrus
Steep approximately 1/2 cup of loose green tea leaves and 2 sprigs of rosemary in 750ml (about 3 cups) of Cirrus Vodka for 30 min.
Strain out solids.
Step 2: Make the simple syrup
Step 3: Make your gimlet
2 ounces of Cirrus Infused green tea
1 ounces of fresh lime juice
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons (.75 ounces) of simple syrup
1 dash of lavender bitters (other bitters can be used)
Shake ingredients vigorously for approx 10 seconds and strain into glass
Garnish with 1 mint leaf or sprig
