Vanilla Infused Cirrus Vodka
250ml, 8.4 fl oz Cirrus Vodka
2-3 vanilla beans/pods, split
Pour the vodka into a glass jar with lid.
Add the split vanilla pods.
• To split a vanilla pod, simply cut down the middle of the pod with the tip of a sharp knife while keeping the pod flat on a clean, non-slip surface.
Cover with lid and store in cool, dark place.
Shake the bottle every couple of days for one week, though 3-5 weeks produces the best flavor.
Pour your mixture into bottles and seal tightly.
